Essential Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Library & Information Science (M.L.I.Sc.) or equivalent.
- First Class throughout academic career.
- Degree from a recognized Indian University.
- Consistent good academic record.
- Knowledge of emerging library technologies will be preferred.
Nature of Traineeship
- Hands-on training in modern library operations and services.
- Exposure to digital libraries and emerging technologies.
- Opportunity to work in an innovative academic environment.
- Work on rotational shifts, weekends and holidays when required.
- Six-day working week.
Selection Process
- Screening based on academic performance.
- Written Test.
- Personal Interview.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test.
- The written test will be conducted in English.
