1. Report for test at regional office DAV Public School, Jharkhand Zone D DAV Public School, CCL, NTS, Barkakana Distt Ramgarh (JH) on 03/02/2019 at 08.00 am with filled in application form. 
2. Exam fee – DD of Rs. 300/- infavour of the Regional Director, DAV Public School Hazaribag Zone, payable at Barkakana to be submitted at the time of written test. 
3. No TA/DA is admissible.
