| Experience | Minimum 5 years experience in Library Management. |
| Retired Officials | Retired Central/State Government, PSU or Autonomous Body officials who served as Librarian, Deputy Librarian, Assistant Librarian, Library & Information Officer or equivalent post, with minimum 5 years library management experience. |
| Skills | Library Management Software, Digital Databases, Computer Systems, Automated Cataloguing, Organisational Skills and Multitasking. |
| Remuneration | Consolidated monthly remuneration based on qualification, experience and industry benchmarks, as decided by the competent authority. |
| Selection | Shortlisting based on qualification, experience and suitability, followed by Personal Interview. |
