| Experience | 5 years of experience in Library & Information Science in Pay Level-6 or above, with experience in Digital Library Management / Library Automation / Library Networking in Central Government, State Government, Semi-Government, Government Autonomous Organisations, Government Universities or Institutions of Higher Education. |
| Desirable | Diploma / Certificate in Computer Application, Digital Library Management or Library Automation from a recognised Institute, or sufficient working experience in Library Digitization and Library Networking. |
