Essential Educational Qualification
Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS)
with at least 60% marks or equivalent
CGPA (or First Class, as defined by the awarding
Institute/University).
The applicant must have passed the MLIS examination in 2023-2025 only.
Minimum one year of relevant experience in library operations.

Desirable Qualification
Basic knowledge of IT and IT applications related
to library services.
Period of Engagement
Initially for a period of one year,
with the possibility of extension subject to the
appointee’s satisfactory performance and the
functional requirements of the Institute.
