Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- A Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
- A Ph.D. Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation/Archives and Manuscript Keeping.
- Evidence of innovative library services, including the integration of ICT in a library.
- At least 8 years of experience as Assistant Librarian (Academic Pay Level-10), with a minimum of 2 years in Academic Pay Level-11, in the library of a Higher Education Institute/University or a Scientific/Technical Institute of National Importance.
