Job Details

Post	Librarian (Contractual basis for 12 months)
No. of Posts	01 (One) - UR Category
Remuneration/Pay Level	Consolidated remuneration shall be fixed at initial basic pay of Pay Level 6 + admissible allowances
Essential Educational Qualification & Professional Experience	A Master's Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science. Minimum 03 years post-qualification experience in Pay Level 4 and/or 5 as Librarian or equivalent position in a University System, Government, or its autonomous bodies.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience	Experience of Digital Library. Evidence of innovative library services, including the integration of ICT in a library. Knowledge of M.S. Office (Word/Excel/PPT etc.).
