Eligibility conditions for deputation:
Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union territories who are

Essential Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a recognized University or Institute. Two year’s professional experience in a Library under Central or State Government or Union territories or Autonomous or Statutory organization or Public Sector Undertakings or University or Recognised Research or Educational Institute Desirable: Diploma in Computer Application from recognized University or Institute.
