| Eligibility Criteria |
- Minimum qualification: NET / SLET / Ph.D. in Library & Information Science
- 10+2+3+2 pattern as per UGC regulations (2018 and amendment dated 30.06.2023)
- If NET/SLET/SET not conducted in the subject, exemption applies

| Remuneration |
- Full-Time (with NET/SLET/Ph.D): ₹50,000 per month (Max. 64 hrs/month)
- Part-Time (with NET/SLET/Ph.D): ₹780 per hour (Min. 8 hrs/week)
- Part-Time (without NET/SLET/Ph.D): ₹680 per hour

| Additional Requirements |
- Demo class will be part of the interview process
- Guest faculty will assist in academic, administrative, and examination duties
- Expected to publish one refereed journal article during the academic year (Full-Time only)

- Pay processing fee: ₹200 (General), ₹100 (SC/ST/CAT-1)
- Submit hard copy of the filled application to the Department by 17.09.2025 (5:00 PM)

- Only candidates from Karnataka are eligible for SC/ST/OBC reservation
- No allowances, pension, gratuity, or leave benefits for Guest Faculty
- Teaching assignments will be as per departmental workload
