In the aforesaid advertisements. provisions envisaged in Recruitment Rules for the post of Deputy Director (Archives). the prescribed criteria of feeder grade post of Archivist was not published. The consideration zone for promotion prescribed in the RRs for the post of Deputy Director (Archives) may be read as under: “The Departmental Archivist in Level-7 (Rs. 44900-142400) in pay matrix with seven years regular service in the grade and possessing educational qualifications and experience prescribed for deputationist will also be considered along with the outsiders and in case he/she is selected for appointment to the post, the same shall be deemed to have been filled by promotion.”
All other terms and conditions detailed in the previous advertisements detailed above shall remain unchanged.
Thereby, the date of submission of application has been extended and application in prescribed format must reach in this department within 45 days from date of publication of the advertisement.
