Job Title	Assistant Librarian
Location	Kondhwe Khurd, Pune
Age Limit	Preferably not more than 40 years (relaxable for deserving candidates)
Tenure	Five-year renewable contract with a probation period of two years
Remuneration	Pay Level 3 (₹21,700 – ₹69,100) as per 7th CPC Gross monthly pay including HRA approx. ₹45,725/- Other benefits as per NIBM rules
Essential Qualifications	Postgraduate in Library & Information Science (M.Lib.I.Sc.) Well-versed with MS Office and Library Software (Libsys/Koha) Diploma/Certificate in IT preferred
Experience	Minimum 5 years in technical library work such as classification, cataloguing, accessioning, barcode labeling, RFID, and library systems.
Desired Skills	Experience with library website/intranet, digital library, DSpace, CMS Knowledge of reference management tools Understanding of copyright and IPR Strong written and verbal communication skills
