Eligibility
The Officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territory Administrations or Public Sector Undertakings or Statutory and Autonomous Bodies or Recognised Universities or Institutes —
- (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(ii) with 05 years of regular service in the grade in Level -6 or equivalent in the parent
cadre or department and
Essential Qualification and Experience
- (i) possessing Bachelors Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a recognised University or Institute; and
(ii) having 02 years professional experience in a Library under Central Government or State Government or Autonomous or Statutory Organisation or Public Sector Undertaking or Recognised University or Institution.
Desirable Qualification
- (i) Master’s Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a recognised University or Institute;
(ii) Diploma in Compirter_Applications from a recognize University or Institute.
