Pay Level 06 of the pay matrix
Applicants who are working in Central Government/State Governments/Union Territories/Autonomous or Statutory Organizations/Public Sector Undertakings /Recognized University or Research or Educational Institutions and;
(a) (i) Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in parent cadre/ Department, or
(ii) With six years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in level-5 in pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; AND
(b). Possessing the educational qualifications and experience:
Essential:
(i) Bachelors Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from a recognized University/Institute; and
(ii) two years’ professional experience in a Library under the Central Government or the State Government/autonomous or statutory organization or public sector undertakings or University or recognized research or educational institution.
Desirable:
Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized University or Institute; must send their application through proper channel along with self attested copies of supporting documents, so as to reach the Department within 45 days from the date of publication in the Employment News/Rojgar Samachar.
