Essential Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
  • B.Lib / M.Lib (Bachelor/Master of Library & Information Science) from a recognized university.
  • Good knowledge of library management, cataloguing/classification and library workflows.
  • Practical proficiency in computer applications (MS Office) and basic library software / automation tools.
Desirable
  • Prior experience in a college/university library.
  • Familiarity with integrated library systems (e.g., KOHA, LIBSYS) and digital library tasks (DSpace/IR).
