| Eligibility |
(a) Retired Officers under Central/State Government or High Courts and Subordinate Courts: i. Holding analogous posts; OR ii. At least 5 years’ regular service in Pay Band-2 (₹9300–34800) with Grade Pay ₹4200. (b) Qualifications & Experience: Essential: • Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science / Library & Information Science from a recognized University or Institute. • Two years’ professional experience in a Library under Central/State Government, statutory/autonomous body, PSU, University, or recognized Research/Educational Institution. Desirable: • Master’s Degree in Library Science / Library & Information Science. • Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized University or Institute. |
