| Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Master’s in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation with ≥55% marks.
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with consistent academic record.

| Experience |
Minimum 15 years, including 5 years as Deputy Librarian or 10 years as Assistant Librarian in a University or Institute of National Importance. |
| Compensation |
Equivalent to Pay Level 14 (as per IIMB Contract Appointment Rules). |
