Deputation (including Short-Term Contract): Officers of Central/State Govts./UTs/Autonomous or Statutory Bodies/Public Sector Undertakings/Universities/Recognized Research or Educational Institutes: – Holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre OR – 3 years’ service in ₹37,400–67,000 with ₹8,700 GP or equivalent Essential Qualifications: – Master’s Degree from a recognized university/institute – Master’s Degree in Library & Information Science Experience: – Minimum 15 years in middle/senior management – At least 7 years in Administration, Establishment, and Financial Management in relevant Govt./PSU/University/research institutions |
