Qualification	Essential Qualification: Graduation from any university established by law in India or any other equivalent qualification recognized by the government along with a Certificate in Library Science (C.Lib.S.C.) or equivalent qualification recognized by the government. Minimum typing speed of 4000 key depressions per hour in Hindi/English on computer. Desirable Qualifications: Service in Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years, or be an ex-serviceman, or National Cadet Corps (NCC) “B” certificate holder.
