| Roles & Responsibilities |
- Organize library resources for easy access
- Evaluate inventory needs and place orders for books and journals
- Cataloging and tracking of library materials and memberships
- Conduct reading habit programmes and fluency workshops
- Organize read-aloud sessions and author interaction events
- Assist visitors in research and locating information resources
- Identify technology needs and suggest improvements
- Monitor budget, prepare reports and document success stories
- Arrange rewards for children achieving reading milestones
