Essential Qualifications
Qualification	Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) or equivalent with First Division. Applicants must have passed MLIS or equivalent examination in 2024 or 2025 only.
Desirable	Basic knowledge of IT and IT applications related to libraries.

Important Information

Candidate must be a citizen of India.
No separate call letter for walk-in test/interview. Candidates must bring original certificates (including category certificate) and a set of self-attested photocopies.
Photo ID (Voter ID, PAN, Aadhaar) mandatory for written test and personal interaction.
Working hours: Six days a week including shifts and Sundays as per institute requirement.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending selection.
Appointment is purely contractual for one year, extendable based on performance.
