Essential Qualification	Postgraduate in Library & Information Science (M.L.I.Sc.) from a reputed University/Institution. Final-year students who are awaiting their results may also apply. However, they must produce their consolidated/final semester mark sheets during the interview.
Desirable Skills	Basic knowledge of computers Working knowledge of library automation software (Koha, Libsys, etc.) Experience with institutional repository tools (DSpace, EPrints, etc.) Familiarity with archives management tools (ArchivesSpace, AtoM, etc.) Exposure to research data tools (CKAN, Figshare, etc.) Content management systems (Drupal, WordPress, etc.) Consistent academic performance with above 60% marks throughout Qualified in UGC NET or State-level NET/SLET/SET
