| Minimum Qualification & Experience |
- A Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade on the UGC seven-point scale and consistently good academic record.
- 13 years as a Deputy Librarian in the Library of a technical university, education institute of national importance, or any other larger technical library, or 19 years’ experience as a college librarian.
- Evidence of innovative Library service and organization of published work.
