- Only candidates passing the qualifying degree in 2023 / 2024 / 2025 are eligible.
- Candidates must register on the Apprenticeship Portal (nats.education.gov.in) and submit their enrolment number.
- Candidates should not currently be undergoing or have completed an apprenticeship elsewhere.
- Maximum permitted work experience is less than one year.
- Age for Graduate / Degree Apprentices: 21 to 26 years (relaxation: SC/ST 5 yrs, OBC 3 yrs, PWD up to 10 yrs — and extended for SC/ST & OBC PWD as applicable).
- Reservation for SC / ST / OBC (NCL) / PWD will be applicable per Apprentice Act norms; proper certificate formats must be submitted.
- Candidates to appear in walk‑in interview with originals + one set of self-attested photocopies of certificates, mark sheets, proof of DOB, Aadhaar, etc.
- Walk‑in Interview: 27 October 2025, from 10:00 AM (Reporting time: 08:30 AM).
- Final selection is provisional, subject to verification of all certificates and discretion of Director, NIOT.
- No guarantee of employment after completion of apprenticeship.
- Canvassing in any form will disqualify candidature.
