Position: Clerk / Librarian

SalaryStarting ¥ 317,258 / month
Working Hours09:00 – 17:30 hrs (5 days a week). May need to work beyond hours / weekends as required.
AgePreferably 20 – 35 years as on last date of applying
Experience1–2 years secretarial / clerical experience preferred
Qualifications & Other Requirements
Essential
  • Graduate from a recognized university.
  • Good computer knowledge.
  • Working knowledge and communication skills in English and Japanese.
Health & Legal
  • Good mental and physical health — medical fitness certificate required at offer stage.
  • For foreign nationals (non-Japanese): must hold local work-permit / resident visa valid for working in diplomatic missions.
