ii. Eight years experience as an Assistant University Librarian/ College Librarian.
iii. Evidence of innovative library services including integration of ICT in library. iv. A Ph.D. Degree in library science / information science/ Documentation Science/ Archives and manuscript keeping/ computerization of library
