Essential Qualifications :
i). 19 years’ post qualification experience with minimum 50% marks in B.Sc + at least 60% marks in BLIS or equivalent diploma
OR
ii) 13 years’ post qualification experience with minimum 50% marks in B.Sc(H) + at least 60% marks in BLIS or equivalent diploma
OR
iii) 13 years’ post qualification experience with minimum 50% marks in B.Sc + minimum 60% marks in MLIS.
Desirable Qualification
i). Ph.D, ii) PGDCA
