• Proficiency in Koha Library Management Software
• Good working knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
• Familiarity with Library Classification and Cataloguing
• Computer Knowledge

• Circulation Desk Duties: Issuing, returning, and renewing books and materials
• Shelving and Organization: Arranging books/periodicals and maintaining the stack area
• Cataloguing Support: Assisting in data entry and updating library system
• User Assistance: Helping users locate materials and use catalog

• Assisting in acquisition and processing of new books/journals
• Inventory control and stock verification
• Inter-library loans and document delivery
• Clerical tasks: typing, filing, and record maintenance

• Typing & Computer Proficiency Test
• Descriptive Type Test (Medium: English)
• Interview
