Those interested should apply on prescribed application form with a non-refundable fee of Rs.500/- (No fee in case of SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in the form of Nationalized Bank Demand Draft payable at Delhi & drawn in favour of 'Director, VPCI', in person/by registered post/by speed post on working days between 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Chest Institute, University of Delhi, North Campus, Delhi-110007.
