Educational Qualification	1. Master's Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or equivalent. 2. Ph.D in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation/ Manuscript-keeping. 3. Evidence of innovative library services, including ICT integration. 4. At least ten years as a Librarian or ten years of teaching experience in the field of Library Science.
