Essential Qualification:
a. Passed M.Lib.I.Sc with minimum 60% or Grade A from any UGC recognized university.
b. Must have knowledge of digital repository software like DSpace/EPrint.
c. Should have knowledge of Sears List of Subject Heading/ Library of Congress Subject Heading
d. Should have knowledge of standard Metadata Schem.

Desirable:
a. Sound knowledge of English
b. Should have fast computer typing skill
c. Should have knowledge of database
