FRESH Post-Graduates in Library & Information Science from recognized Indian universities with consistent good academic record, to serve as Library Professional Trainees purely on a temporary basis for one year. Persons having good communications and interpersonal skills with enthusiasm to learn new skills and deliver services using emerging new tools and technology will be preferred.
Essential Qualifications: Masters in Library & Information Science (M.L.I.Sc.) or equivalent with First Class
Remuneration: Consolidated stipend of Rs. 22,000/- per month
Number of Trainees to be admitted: FIVE
Age Limit: Not exceeding 26 years as on 06th July, 2019 (the date of test & interview). Relaxation for SC, ST, PD and OBC category candidates (Up to Age Limit-31 years) & OBC (Up to Age Limit-29 years) will be applicable as per Govt. of India rules.
