Essential Qualifications

• First Class Master's in Library & Information Science (MLISc) or equivalent degree from recognized University/ Institute with consistently good academic record.

Desirable Qualifications

• Knowledge of Computers, IT & Digital Applications in Library.
• Working Knowledge of KOHA, DSpace and other Library Applications.

Mode of Selection

• Interview: Final selection based on performance.
• Written Test: May be conducted if large number of applications are received.
• Document Verification: Before Interview.
• Syllabus for Written Test: MCO based without negative marking. Syllabus similar to UGC NET in Library and Information Science.
