Candidates fulfilling the above criteria must fill the online form (URL: https://forms.gle/vCKFErRgQ7pMc83z8 ) before 10/01/2022, failing of which the candidates will not allowed to enter into the NISER Campus. Candidates have to bring their original photo ID card (Aadhaar/ Voter ID/ Driving Licence etc.) and original & self-attested copies of certificates, mark sheets of all examinations passed from matriculation onwards and a passport size photograph.
