Advertisement for the post of JRF under DST/NSTMIS Project, Govt. of India

Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) with a Salary/Wages of Rs. 25,000/- (pm)+ HRA (20%) in a DST/NSTMIS, Govt. of India, Sponsored Project entitled “Research Performance of Indian Women Scientists in Research Laboratories: A Scientometric Study” sanctioned up to December 2021. The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project.

The Essential qualification: Candidates should be Master in Science/Social Science or Master Degree in Library & Information Science securing minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA along with NET/GATE. The upper Age Limit is 28 Years (relaxable for 5 years for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/Female candidates). All things being equal, SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules.

Desirable qualifications: Candidates having good command in English language and experience in computation/data analysis using SPSS and R will be preferred.
