Paper Submission Instructions

o Paper should be submitted in MS Word (2000) format and limited up to 8000 words. Papers submitted in other formats will not be entertained.

o Use A4 size paper (210 mm by 297 mm) with a 1-inch margin each from the Top, Bottom, Left, and Right sides. o Provide Tile in Calibri font, bold, 14 points. Author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), and email IDs should be in Calibri font, 10 points, and should immediately proceed with the Title.

o Use Calibri font, 12 points, for the main text in a single column.

o Pictures should be sent in Jpeg format.

o For citation and references, APA style (6th edition) should be rigorously followed.
