Mukhyamantri Apprentice Scheme

Govt. of Gujarat has initiated Mukhaymantri Apprenticeship Scheme from this A.Y. 2018-19 under Labor & Employment Department. As per the scheme , Graduates (All Discipline)/ Diploma Holders/ITI /12th/10th/8th pass candidates are given opportunity to work as Apprentice in Establishments/Firms registered under Apprenticeship Act -1961. As per the Apprenticeship Act, Establishment/Firm having employee strength more than or equal to 40 are mandatorily required to hire apprentice 2.5 to 10.0 percent of total employee strength. Establishment with Minimum 6 Employees can register for Apprentice scheme.
