LIBRARY SCIENCE Course by HUNAR Jharkhand Skill Development MissionSociety

HUNAR is a name of skill development portal designed by JAP-IT, an IT development wing of Department of Information Technology (DoIT). HUNAR puts all the skill development activities of all the departments at one platform. All the departments will have the facility to deliver their skill development services electronically. The name of the portal was kept as HUNAR which is acronym of Hallmarking of Unrecognized Novice and Amature Resources. The portal will have the following facilities:

• Any citizen of Jharkhand can register himself/herself to get skill training under Jharkhand government.
• The citizen will have the facility to view all skill development programs of all the departments at one place.
• Private training providers can apply to the department as the training provider
• The departments can verify private training providers for skill training
• Institution/People can find and contact skilled people according their need.
• HUNAR will help unorganized sector to become organized.
• It may provide scope for financial support to the enlisted skilled labour force.
• Government can use database of skilled manpower and training institution in planning new programs and keeping statistics.
• HUNAR will give scope to those skilled people which are still not being certified.
