We feel glad to announce that the Central Library and Dept. of Library & Information Science, Tripura University has organized a five (05) days long International Author Workshop on Academic Writing and Publishing from 17th January 2022 to 21st January 2022 in Online mode.
 
About:  This workshop will provide insights on technical aspects of writing and publishing book proposals, journal writing, preparation of synopsis, research papers, research integrity, and detailing the issues regarding copyrights and plagiarism.
 
Objective: The workshop's main objective is to sensitize the participants on what, why, and how of academic writing and publishing and its impact on research in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).

Topic: This workshop will covers  on Art of academic writing and publishing  such as writing a good manuscript, how to write a good PhD theses, choosing a good manuscript, Journal selection, prepration and submission process, Research Measurement, Reference Management, Research Ethics, Plagiarism, Research Measurement & impact, etc
 
Speakers:  Eminent speakers with expertise in academic writing and publishing from renowned academic Institutions &  publishing industries will deliver the content in  this workshop.

Learning Outcome: This workshop will help the participants in understanding scientific writing, art of writing in high-quality journals, understanding publishing process, understand how to respond effectively to reviewers' comments, writing a PhD theses,   research integrity, research visibility etc.

Mode of Workshop:  Virtual Mode using the video conferencing platform.
 
Certificate: e-Certificate shall be provided to all active participants after successfully attending the workshop.
