How to apply

All the applications must be submitted online from 05.10.2016 to 20.10.2016 at 11.59 PM through the kcgmckarnal.org. Applicants paying fee by E-Challan must deposit their fee within three days after the closing date i.e., upto 24.10.2016 by 05:00 PM. Manual applications will not be accepted. Applicants must read the instructions carefully before proceeding to fill and upload the form. Eligibility criteria is listed in the instructions. Only eligible candidates can apply. The candidates are strictly advised to apply online well in advance without waiting for last date of submission of online application. The printed copy of the online applications form downloaded from site, copy of fee receipt and necessary certificates must be brought at the time of verification/scrutiny-cum-interview.

Application fee for General Candidate is Rs. 300/-, for Women Rs. 150/- and for all Reserved Categories Rs. 75/- should be paid (For Haryana Domicile only).

Minimum age as on 01.10.2016: 18 years and maximum 42 years.

Relaxation in age will be given as per Government of Haryana instructions of different categories such as BCA, BCB, SC, Ex-servicemen, Widow/deserted/legally separated women by 5 years;
