Essential:
a) First Class Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/ Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree, with superior knowledge of computerized library service, and
b) at least 3 years of professional experience in a Library in CFTI/State/Autonomous or statuary organization/PSU/University or recognized research or educational Institution.
Desirable:
a) PG Diploma in Library Automation and Networking or PGDCA or equivalent.
or
b) Post Graduate Diploma in computer applications in library or PGDCA
