For Deputation: - Employees of Central/State Government, Autonomous/Statutory Organizations, PSU, Universities or recognized research institutions. - Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department. - With 5 years of service rendered as Semi-Professional Assistant or equivalent in Level 5 or equivalent. - Possessing the qualifications prescribed above.
