Educational Qualification :
As per Govt, Office Memorandum No, AHE.407/2017/54 dated 25.11.2020 with NET/ SLET/ SET/ Ph.D (in accordance with minimum standards and procedure for award of Ph.D Degree as per UGC Regulation. 2009 as the qualifying criteria. The candidates must have good academic record with atleast 55% marks (or equivalent grade in a point scale) at Master’s Degree in Librarian Information Science. A relaxation of 5% marks from 55% to 50% may be provided to Ph.D holders who have obtained their Master’s Degree prior to 19.09.1991. A relaxation of 5% marks may be provided at the Graduate or Master’s level for the Sc/ ST/ PwD categories for the purpose of eligibility.
