How to apply
The duly filled in application form alongwithself attested photo copies of required certificates and documents should be received at the address “The Registrar, CCS HAU, Hisar-125004” on or before 07.04.2017 upto 4.30 p.m. (22.04.2017 upto 4.30 p.m. for candidates residing abroad). Application processing fee in the shape of a bank draft of Rs. 750/- (Rs. 190/- for SC/BCA/BCB of Haryana) drawn in favour of “The Registrar, CCS HAU, Hisar” and payable at Hisar should be attached with each application form.
