Essential Qualification:
i. Graduate with B. Lib. I. Sc. (50% marks)
ii. Working knowledge of Tibetan language
iii. Working knowledge of MS Office in English & Tibetan language
Note: Candidates having work experience besides above essential qualifications shall be given preference.
Hiring Procedure:
a) Written Test
b) Computer typing test in Tibetan language.
