| Eligibility Criteria |
- Analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; or
- 8 years of regular service in post in Level-2 or 5 years of regular service in Pay Level-3 of the Pay Matrix of 7th CPC or equivalent
- Typing Speed: 35 words per minute in English
- Knowledge of Computer Applications
- Bachelor's Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science with two years professional experience in a Library under Central or State government or autonomous statutory organization or public sector undertaking
