Minimum Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation with at least 55% marks of its equivalent grade and a consistently good academic record. Qualifying in the National Level Test conducted for the purpose by UGC or any other agency approved by UGC. However, candidates with Ph.D degree in Library Science shall be exempted from the eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET.

Minimum Experience:

• At least 05 years of relevant work experience in Level 06 or more in reputed academic or research institute/ university library. 

Desirable:

• 03 years’experience in Level 07.

Online application at the Institute website (www.iitgn.ac.in) must be submitted between 10:00 hrs. on 05 February 2020 to 23:59 hrs on 05 March 2020. Application fee of Rs.200/- (no application fee for SC, ST, PwD,Ex-Servicemen and Women candidates) is also to be paid online.
